CLOiD is a two-armed AI robot for household chores. LG says it is still in development and has given no release date.

At its CES 2026 keynote, LG unveiled an AI-powered home robot called CLOiD. It has two arms and moves around on its own.
What can it do?
In the demo, the robot:
- Put a shirt into a dryer
- Placed a croissant in an oven
- For breakfast, took milk from the fridge, though only after staring into it for a long time
TechCrunch's reporter said it worked "very gingerly".
The technology
- LG calls the concept the "Zero Labor Home"
- It runs a vision language model and a vision language action program
When will it arrive?
LG says these products are "under development and not released for commercial use". An LG staffer did not know when it would be available.
