## What's new
**YouTube** will automatically apply a **label** to videos with significant photorealistic **AI** content when creators don't disclose it.

## Where labels appear
- Long-form videos: **directly below the player**.
- **Shorts**: as an overlay.
- Unrealistic or lightly altered content: in the expanded description.

## For creators
- Wrong labels can be corrected in **YouTube Studio**.
- Labels are permanent for content made with **Veo**, **Dream Screen**, or carrying **C2PA** metadata.
- Labels don't affect **recommendations** or **monetization**.
