On April 23, OpenAI released **GPT-5.5**, calling it its "smartest and most intuitive to use model" yet.

## Super app
Greg Brockman said OpenAI wants to combine ChatGPT, Codex and its AI browser into one service. "This model is a real step forward towards the kind of computing that we expect in the future," he said.

GPT-5.4 came out just a month earlier, in March.
