# Netflix raises prices again

> Every US Netflix plan is getting more expensive. The ad-supported plan is now $8.99 and Premium reaches $26.99.

## What changed
Netflix confirmed to TechCrunch by email that it is raising US subscription prices. The last increase was in January 2025.

## New monthly prices
| Plan | Before | Now |
|---|---|---|
| Standard with ads | $7.99 | $8.99 |
| Standard (no ads) | $17.99 | $19.99 |
| Premium | $24.99 | $26.99 |

## Extra member
- On the ad-supported plan: $6.99 (was $7.99).
- On ad-free plans: $9.99 (was $8.99).

## When
- New members pay the new prices from March 26.
- Existing members will see the increase over the coming months, with an email a month before.

Prices are in US dollars; prices in Kurdistan may differ.
