According to **Bloomberg**, **Elon Musk** is seeking **$79 billion to $134 billion** in damages from **OpenAI** and **Microsoft** in his lawsuit.

## Where the figures come from

Musk's expert witness **C. Paul Wazzan** based the numbers on the **$38 million** Musk gave OpenAI as seed funding in 2015.
