At its **CES 2026** keynote, **LG** unveiled an AI-powered home robot called **CLOiD**. It has **two arms** and moves around on its own.

## What can it do?

In the demo, the robot:

- Put a shirt into a **dryer**
- Placed a croissant in an **oven**
- For breakfast, took milk from the **fridge**, though only after staring into it for a long time

TechCrunch's reporter said it worked "very gingerly".

## The technology

- LG calls the concept the **"Zero Labor Home"**
- It runs a **vision language model** and a **vision language action** program

## When will it arrive?

LG says these products are **"under development and not released for commercial use"**. An LG staffer did not know when it would be available.
