## What happened
**Anthropic** confidentially filed a draft **S-1** with the **SEC** for a proposed **IPO**. The share count and price haven't been set.

## The numbers
- Valuation is close to **$1 trillion**, after a **$65B** Series H at **$965B**.
- Run-rate revenue passed **$47 billion**, up from **$9 billion** at the end of 2025.

## Why it matters
It could be one of the biggest tech IPOs ever, alongside **SpaceX**, which is targeting a **$2 trillion** valuation.
